WHAT WE BELIEVE

Christianity is a faith that has been handed down for thousands of years. We did not invent it, and we want to do our best to make sure that all of our belief and practice is aligned with historic Christian belief and practice.

We are an evangelical church in the reformed baptist tradition. Confessionally, we affirm historic doctrinal statements like The Apostle’s Creed, The Second London Confession, The Abstract of Principles, and the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.

We also have appreciation and meaningful alignment with other historic reformed confessions, such as the Three Forms of Unity and Westminster Confession of Faith.

Our church’s doctrinal statement is simply our best attempt to arrange and describe what we believe to be the teaching of the Bible. We hope that this provides a clear articulation of the beliefs that ground and orient our church.
